The delicate lattice motif starts at the top with a teardrop pattern circling the bowl. The delicate look carries throughout in an elaborate ornamental design completely covering all of the pipe bowl and shank. The bowl of this pipe is extra thick and the pipe has a longer shank giving it a cooler smoke. The pipe comes with a marbled amber colored stem that is slightly bent at the tip. This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped into beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will continue to color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.
