Special Bearded Man Smoking Pipe Designer Stem Meerschaum Pipe - Carving of a bearded man smoking a long churchwarden meerschaum pipe and donning a tassled nightcap. No detail is spared in this carving, from the expressive seriousiousness of his face to the pipe tobacco filled in his pipe! His beard is long and flows out wide which gives the pipe a stable bottom so that it sits without falling over. The marbled designer stem has additional scrolling that adds to its length. For its size the pipe is a comfortable weight. Nice choice for the tobacco pipe smoker who prefers a longer pipe that is not quite as long as a churchwarden pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Every meerschaum pipe we sell is hand carved so no two pipes are exactly the same. Each hand carved pipe comes in a custom burgundy leather and velvet lined brass hinged case. The hand made case is a custom fit and unique to the individual pipe.
