Hand Carved Big Bird Meerschaum Pipe - During one of his trips to Turkey Irving Korn came across this deep bowl, long beaked bird pipe. At the time Sesame Street was very popular so Mr. Korn aptly named the whimsical pipe "Big Bird" and added it to his private collection. The pipe is certified by Mr. Korn's son, Jerry Korn.
This meerschaum pipe is Hand Carved from 100% Solid Block Meerschaum imported directly from central Turkey. Once carved the pipe is soaked in beeswax so that after being smoked it will color over time. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for good looks and long lasting durability.
