Claw with Small Bowl Knurl Meerschaum Pipe - This pipe has two little round lattice rings on the front that resemble eyes, and it is carved as an eagle claw clutching a small, smooth meerschaum pipe bowl. The small pipe bowl will hold enough tobacco for a short smoke despite its shallowness. Connected to a bent stem in gentle marbled amber hues, the smooth knurl is adorned with carved designer lattice. Because it offers a decent length, the pipe is a great choice for pipe smokers who prefer the extra extension.

A knurl is a piece of solid block meerschaum that is designed in either a carved or smooth finish. It fits on the shank of the meerschaum pipe and serves as an attractive extension. A knurl makes the shank longer, thereby increasing the overall length of the pipe. With this extension, the smoke has further to travel, which gives more time to cool down before reaching the end of the mouthpiece. Knurls on our meerschaum pipes have a Teflon threaded connector, making it easy to remove when cleaning the pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum, and it is imported directly from central Turkey. After carving the pipe, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating, which also helps to draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will change color over time as you smoke it. The stem is made out of a special Amberoid acrylic, which provides a great finished look and long-lasting durability.
