Emre Signed Lion Oom Paul Style Meerschaum Pipe - Nicely detailed lion pipe carving by Turkish carver Emre. The lion's head is covered with a full mane and his face shows a fierce snarl. Emre signed the pipe on the underside of the smooth shank that sweeps upward in an Oom Paul style. A full bent stem colored in marbled shades of light amber finishes this fine pipe. 

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a custom made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a special fit and unique to this particular Emre lion meerschaum pipe.
