The second pipe is a Topkapi that is elaborately carved around the entire pipe bowl and shank. Both pipes come with solid black stems to contrast the white of the meerschaum. These mini meerschaum pipes are hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipes are carved, they are dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipes will change color over time as they are smoked. The stems are made of a special Amberoid acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
