Special Horse in Reins Meerschaum Pipe - Artfully carved horse in reins with ears perked up and ready to run. The reins and bridle are detailed in decorative circular lattice. The underside of the pipe is carved in a beautiful designer lattice motif with more lattice carved around the shank. A scrolled designer bent stem is brightly colored in marbled amber tones to finish the pipe handsomely.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% Solid Block Meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a specially made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case which is a custom fit and unique to that individual pipe.
