Deluxe Man Smoking Apple Pipe Meerschaum Pipe - Excellent portrait carving of a full-bearded man wearing a tasseled nightcap. He smokes an apple bowl meerschaum pipe! The Turkish carver designed and carved the pipe to using the long beard as a stabilizer, letting the pipe sit and not fall over. There are two subtle lattice designs carved on the underside. A bent tiger stem is the finishing touch to this whimsical tobacco pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, so no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand carved pipe comes in a custom-made burgundy leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a special fit that is unique to this portrait meerschaum pipe.
