The large, well-proportioned bowl houses a deep chamber ideal for long, relaxing smokes, while the rim offers both a smooth and gently rusticated plateau. Carved from select plateau briar—the prized outer portion of the burl known for its vivid grain and character—this pipe highlights the natural beauty and individuality that are hallmarks of Nørding’s distinctive craftsmanship.
The side of the shank bears the E. Nørding signature, while the underside is stamped “HANDMADE BY ERIK NØRDING,” authenticating the pipe. The shank flows into a gracefully bent, tapered black vulcanite stem with sculpted contours for comfort, finished with Erik Nørding’s signature white scripted “N” inlay.
