Special Oom Paul Style Lattice Billiard Meerschaum Pipe - This Oom Paul style meerschaum pipe has teardrop lattice carving all around the extra-deep billiard pipe bowl. Delicately carved circular lattice frames the teardrops, and the carving carries down to the underside. The shank flares outward, and it too is carved in a lattice, although bolder, pattern. There is a smooth beveled edge where the shank attaches to the full bent stem that is colored in vivid dark to light amber tones. Definitely a first-rate lattice meerschaum pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Since every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand carved pipe comes in a custom made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a special fit that is unique to this teardrop lattice meerschaum pipe.
