The pipe is extremely lightweight and was carved from a top-quality piece of solid block meerschaum. The poodle has a cute face, carved with a long snout and wide-open eyes. The ears flop downward, and the depth of the carving of the poodle's curly hair gives the pipe lots of texture. The pipe was carved in a way that allows the wide base to balance with the end of the pipe stem so that the pipe can sit. The yellow stem has a turned design and tapers outward to the mouthpiece end.
