Special President John F. Kennedy Signed M. Aydogu Meerschaum Pipe - Exceptional portrait carving of President John F. Kennedy carved by retired Master Carver Munir Aydogu. The President's serious face is framed by his well-groomed head of hair, with each hair carved in place with precision. Aydogu signed this meerschaum pipe on the side of the smooth shank. The pipe has a dark, translucent bent stem that is a sharp contrast to the white of the meeschaum. A fine piece of American history to add to a pipe collection and use as a top quality tobacco smoking pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.

Since every block meerschaum pipe we sell is carved by hand, no two pipes are exactly the same. This hand-carved pipe comes in a custom made black leather and velvet-lined brass hinged case. It is a special fit and unique to this fine President Kennedy meerschaum pipe.
