Skull King Wearing Crown Knurl Meerschaum Pipe - This skull wears a crown, making the statement that he is the king of all skulls! The pipe features a thick bowl and an attractive lattice-carved knurl. The stem is slightly bent and marbled in an amber color. The pipe is a good length, which aids in the smoke's cooling as it travels through the shank, knurl, and stem.

A knurl is a piece of solid block meerschaum designed in either a carved or smooth finish. It fits on the shank of the meerschaum pipe and serves as an attractive extension. A knurl makes the shank longer thus increasing the overall length of the pipe. With this extension the smoke has further to travel with more time to cool down before reaching the end of the mouthpiece. Knurls on our meerschaum pipes have a Teflon threaded connector making it easy to remove when cleaning the pipe.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
