Special US Army Star Pre-colored Meerschaum Pipe - Carved by Govem, the front face of this pre-colored billiard pipe bears the emblem star of the United States Army. To make the star stand out, the pipe has a recessed textured rustication surrounding it. Underneath the star is carved "U.S. ARMY" in bold letters. The white meerschaum peeks through the crackling design carved on the rest of the pipe bowl and shank. The A. Govem signature is found on the side of the shank. The pipe is finished with a slightly curved, marbled amber stem. The pipe is finished with a slightly bent, marbled amber stem. Its unique design reflects both artistry and respect for our military heritage, elevating it beyond mere meerschaum tobacco pipes.

This meerschaum pipe is hand-carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved, it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will change color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
