I had already made the clay lining for a pipe I want to make, but needed a stem for sizing of bowl's stem-base that I will sculpt from polymer clay to simulate the historic hard rubber.. Determining the shape and size of their connection made having the stem mandatory. The stem isof a graceful shape and bends at a good angle for what I have already made.

Very pleased with the replacement stem. Needed a little fitting with some sandpaper and 15 min of work. Looks great.
