Special Yilmaz Signed Lattice Calabash Meerschaum Pipe - Master Carver Yilmaz brings us a beautiful carving of a traditional calabash meerschaum pipe. The pipe is carved in teardrop lattice, framed by delicate circular lattice surrounding the pipe bowl and up the shank. The rim is left smooth, which makes a pleasing contrast to the carved lattice. The shank flares outward with a smooth beveled edge where it meets the amber colored bent tiger stem. Yilmaz signed the pipe on the side of the shank. A classic beauty to own and treasure.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
