Special Canadian Teardrop Lattice Meerschaum Pipe

Special Canadian Teardrop Lattice Meerschaum Pipe - An extended shank and streamlined profile give this Special Canadian Teardrop Lattice Meerschaum Pipe a distinctive look. The tall bowl transitions into an exceptionally long meerschaum shank, creating the elongated proportions associated with Canadian-style pipes while giving the carving plenty of room to continue beyond the bowl.

The surface features an unusual combination of deep teardrop lattice openings and dense circular carving. Large recessed teardrop shapes are spaced around the bowl and surrounded by numerous small hand-carved circular details, producing a richly textured pattern with considerable depth. The fine circular carving continues along the full length of the shank for a coordinated finish.

A marbled blue acrylic saddle stem provides a bold contrast to the creamy-white meerschaum. Rich cobalt and lighter blue variations give the stem depth, while its gentle bend adds a graceful finish to the otherwise long, linear profile.

Hand-carved in Turkey from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum, the tobacco pipe is finished with natural beeswax to help protect the intricate carving and encourage gradual coloring. Naturally porous, meerschaum is valued for its cool, dry, neutral smoking qualities, and no traditional break-in period is required. With continued smoking, the creamy-white surface can gradually develop warmer honey, golden, and amber tones, creating a patina unique to the pipe.

A custom-fitted burgundy leather case with a soft velvet lining and brass-tone hardware is included for storage and protection.

With its exceptionally long Canadian-style shank, deep teardrop lattice accents, intricate circular carving, and vivid marbled blue stem, this one-of-a-kind solid block Turkish meerschaum pipe offers a striking combination of traditional hand carving and contemporary color.
