Hand Carved Colored Flipper the Dolphin Meerschaum Pipe - These 100% Solid Block Meerschaum pipes are pre-colored by the individual carver who carved that particular pipe. Using a unique process, before the final waxing and polishing of the pipe, it is dipped in a special solution of beeswax and usually a special Turkish Tea. Since Meerschaum is a porous mineral, each pipe absorbs and turns a unique color depending on the particular mix that carver uses for his pipes. Each meerschaum pipe we sell is hand carved so no two pipes are exactly the same.
