Replacement Regular Size Meerschaum Pipe Stem - This regular-sized replacement pipe stem features a Teflon push–pull fitting designed specifically for full-sized meerschaum pipes. Each high-quality stem is crafted from durable multi-colored acrylic with a classic “tiger print” marbling in rich, warm amber tones. Stems measure approximately 3 to 3.5 inches in length (depending on the bend) and about 0.58 inches in diameter.
The stem can be easily shaped to your preferred bend. Simply dip it in very hot—not boiling—water for a few seconds until the acrylic softens, then bend gently to the desired angle.
Note: These stems are made exclusively for meerschaum pipes and will not fit briar pipes.

Perfect fit, arrived as promised, I received my Mershaam pipe about 35 years ago. I used it for a short time then dropped it and the little protrusions mouthpiece broke off. There are no manufacturers marks on the pipe so I counted the threads,familiarized myself with how it was put together and began an internet search. I found Royal after a while, saw the replacement stems, counted the threads, and then examined photos of so many pipes. Mine is no longer made, however, similar versions are available. I ordered a new stem (nicer looking than original). When I received it in a bubble wrap envelope it fit like the original. Thank you Royal.

I was given a meerschaum pipe from the widow of a smoking buddy. Its stem was well beyond its useful life even for its original owner and I knew as interested as I was in testing out the gift I’d never consider it without a new stem. I wasn’t sure about replacement fittings but based on Royal Meerschaum Pipes’ measurements I ordered and received a new stem. I received it promptly though I did wish for tracking info. I was able to give the stem a more pronounced bend according to website instructions and found it to be exactly what I’d hoped. The pipe was a joy to use in memory of my friend and will certainly see many more years of tobacco burning in its bowl.

stem is over a 1/16' les in diameter than original. But it will work..
