Replacement Regular Size Meerschaum Pipe Stem - This regular-sized replacement pipe stem features a Teflon push–pull fitting designed specifically for full-sized meerschaum pipes. Each high-quality stem is crafted from durable multi-colored acrylic with a classic “tiger print” marbling in rich, warm amber tones. Stems measure approximately 3 to 3.5 inches in length (depending on the bend) and about 0.58 inches in diameter.
The stem can be easily shaped to your preferred bend. Simply dip it in very hot—not boiling—water for a few seconds until the acrylic softens, then bend gently to the desired angle.
Note: These stems are made exclusively for meerschaum pipes and will not fit briar pipes.

It’s very nice not completely flushed but good enough and I like the fact that you can turn it upside down if you choose to so your pipe will be on a different angle. Depends on the mood you in really nice looks fantastic with my original pipe.

Came really fast. Nice quality. Stem was 1/16 "diameter smaller than my pipe but that is because my lion's head pipe is 40 years old which I bought from this company 40 years ago. The pipe and stem look great together.

I'm very pleased with this replacement stem for my regular (full size) meerschaum pipe. It fits my 5/8 inch (16 mm) diameter pipe perfectly. I had a tooth mark in my old stem that eventually created a hole in the stem, note: I'm not known to bite holes in my stems but this stem was very old (like 50 years old) and the center hole was not drilled in the middle, leaving less material on the top of the stem verus the bottom of the stem... but this replacement stem is drill perfectly in the center of the acrylic stem, leaving equal amounts of material on both the top and bottom. Will buy again from royalmeerschaum in the future!
