Replacement Regular Size Meerschaum Pipe Stem - This regular-sized replacement pipe stem features a Teflon push–pull fitting designed specifically for full-sized meerschaum pipes. Each high-quality stem is crafted from durable multi-colored acrylic with a classic “tiger print” marbling in rich, warm amber tones. Stems measure approximately 3 to 3.5 inches in length (depending on the bend) and about 0.58 inches in diameter.
The stem can be easily shaped to your preferred bend. Simply dip it in very hot—not boiling—water for a few seconds until the acrylic softens, then bend gently to the desired angle.
Note: These stems are made exclusively for meerschaum pipes and will not fit briar pipes.

I dropped my Sultan meerschaum pipe and discovered that I had cracked the tenon on the stem. Luckily the meer was unaffected. The tenon finally broke and I was lucky to find a replacement stem that fit to get me up and running for March Meerschaum Madness this month. I picked up some extra tenons to see if I can repair the original stem too.
