Special Swan Flat Bottom Designer Stem Meerschaum Pipe - Splendid carving of a graceful swan. All the feathers are carved in great detail. The wings cover each side of the deep pipe bowl. There is a flat platform bottom, so the swan looks like it is floating on water, and the pipe can sit without toppling over. The pipe was double-dipped in a special wax formula that gives it a creamy looking finish. It has a translucent, bent designer stem in amber shades. It is rare to find a carving of a swan, and this one is quite well done.

This meerschaum pipe is hand carved from genuine 100% solid block meerschaum and imported directly from central Turkey. After the pipe is carved it is dipped in beeswax to provide a protective coating and to also draw out smoke particles and tar. The pipe will color over time as it is smoked. The stem is made of a special Amberoid Acrylic for a nice finished look and long-lasting durability.
